为了加强设备管理,充分发挥统计在设备管理工作中的作用,我厂建立了二级设备统计网。并根据《统计法》制定了设备统计规定,对设备台帐和各种原始记录做到专人负责、及时准确,运用微机对统计数字进行分析处理,对提高设备管理工作起到了良好作用。 我厂是以生产抗菌素原料药为主的综合性制药企业,抗菌素生产具有自动化程度高、连续性强的特点,要求设备具有较高的可靠性。设备及管道大部分是在酸碱介质带压的状况下运行,要求设备具有较高的密封性。流程中的任一环节出现故障,都可能影响到生产全线的运行,影响产品的产量和质量。为了保证设备处于良好状态,我们运用统计方法,设置了“设备检修月报”,该月报既反映了设备技术状况和静密封点的泄漏率,又体现了设备维修中材料工时消耗。设备部门可通过及时掌握维修动态,
