10年来,中国“火炬计划”的实施,使高新技术通信业迅速崛起了“巨(龙)大(唐)中(兴)华(为)”四大巨子。华为与中兴都是深圳最有影响的两家大企业,一个是民营的,一个是国有的,各自的发展模式、经营风格、成功经验在全国科技界来说都是很典型的。
In the past 10 years, the implementation of China’s “Torch Plan” has enabled the high-tech communications industry to rapidly emerge as the “Big Four” in the giant (Dragon) (Tang) (Hing) Hua (for). Both Huawei and ZTE are the two most influential large enterprises in Shenzhen. One is private and the other is state-owned. Their respective development models, management styles and successful experiences are typical in the national science and technology circles.
