鞍钢二十多年来一直按部颁标准生产石油管。由于标准的水平低,生产工艺比较落后,产品质量一直较差,满足不了使用要求。为适应石油工业迅速发展的需要,从1981年开始按 API 标准试生产 J—55平式油管。目前,这种油管的生产工艺已基本掌握,产品质量可以达到 API 标准要求。本文仅对生产 J—55平式油管用的管坯试制情况作简要介绍。
For more than two decades, Ansteel has been producing oil pipelines according to ministerial standards. Due to the low standard level, the production process is relatively backward, the product quality has been poor, can not meet the requirements. In order to meet the needs of the rapid development of the oil industry, trial production of J-55 flat-type oil pipes according to API standards began in 1981. At present, the tubing production process has been basically mastered, product quality API standards can meet the requirements. This article only for the production of J-55 flat tubing with a brief introduction of trial production.
