目的了解放置宫内节育器的随访效果,减少不良反应发生的可能性。方法随机抽取2011年1月1日至2011年12月31日在我站放置宫内节育器并参加随访指导的妇女100例,对其白带变化、经期天数、节育环脱落、盆腔感染等情况进行了解。结果经过一年的随访,妇女不良反应状况明显减少,满意程度明显增高,满意程度达到了100%。结论放置宫内节育器术后随访对保证妇女的生殖健康有着非常重要的作用,所以要不断提高放器术后随访的质量,尤其是乡镇计生服务站,进一步保证农村妇女的生殖健康。
Objective To understand the follow-up effect of IUD placement and reduce the possibility of adverse reactions.
