The use of freeze-drying techniques to conserve bacteria is an effective method of long-term preservation of bacteria that has long been proven. However, this method requires certain equipment and conditions and therefore can not be widely adopted by grassroots units. In order to adapt to the custody of grass-roots bacteria, we designed a paper-based bacteria drying method.
