对于中成药(包括丸、散、片及针剂)可能发生过敏反应一事,临床上多重视不够。当然这与中成药的研究现状有关,更重要的是不少的同道们总认为中药(包括中成药)的付作用少。笔者曾在门诊遇到7007注射液发生过敏反应一例,报告如下。患者季×,女,43岁,1973年9月24日经本院妇科诊断为子宫炎并附件炎,给7007注射液10支,每日2次,每次2支,肌注。至9月30日上午8时来本院注射室肌注7007注射液2支,回家途中(约10分钟后)即感鼻中难受,继则呼吸急促,心慌,心跳而随即返回本院急诊室就诊。在此之前一天,肌注7007后曾有类似发作,但较轻微,仅有鼻塞、喉中梗塞感而未引起注意。该患者于6
