目前新课改已明确提出以人为本,以学生的个体性发展为根本。我们必须在课堂中关注每一位学生的发展,以人本的态度对待每一位学生,重点培养学生的主观能动性。小班化教学的提出就是为了适应该形势的发展,以学生为中心真真切切落实因材施教的教学方案,文章结合小班化教学的显著特点对英语小班化课堂发展现状提出了几点发展性措施,以期望能提高课堂效率达到更好的教学效果。
At present the new curriculum reform has clearly put forward the people-oriented, with the individual development of students as the fundamental. We must pay attention to the development of every student in the classroom, treat each student with a humanistic attitude, and focus on cultivating students’ subjective initiative.
