目前,专业化修理企业装配拖拉机发动机气缸活塞组主要是采用新的零件,这些零件是工厂根据图纸要求制造的做为备件使用的。但是,实践表明,修理后的发动机,其气缸活塞组的配合副的工作能力和耐久性却低于新零件的。直接影响配合副的工作条件、工作能力和耐久性的因素之一是改变了经机械加工恢复的主要零件几何中心线的相对位置。发动机装配过程中产生的误差可能使曲柄连杆机构的总倾斜度超出配合副在限定工作能力下
At present, specialized repair companies assemble tractor engine cylinder piston assemblies mainly using new parts, which are manufactured by the factory according to the drawing requirements and used as spare parts. However, practice shows that the repaired engine is less capable and durable than the new parts for its mating pair of cylinder-piston units. One of the factors that directly affect the working conditions, workability and durability of the mating pair is the change in the relative position of the geometric centerline of the main part recovered by machining. Errors in the engine assembly process may cause the overall inclination of the crank-and-rod linkage to exceed that of the mating pair at a limited capacity
