介绍了X100(690 MPa)高强度管线钢管在国际管线中的应用。提出了基于应变设计的X100管线管的具体要求。详细介绍了基于应变设计的X100管线钢板和钢管的开发与生产情况,并对所试制的X100管线钢管的各项性能及几何尺寸进行了检测。试验和检测结果表明,新开发钢管的各项性能满足设计要求,即较低的屈强比、足够的均匀伸长率以及具有圆屋顶形状的应力-应变曲线等;钢管的几何尺寸精度高,钢管的椭圆度偏差较低,壁厚分布范围较窄。
The application of X100 (690 MPa) high strength pipeline steel pipe in international pipeline is introduced. The specific requirements of X100 pipeline based on strain design are proposed.
