目的探讨MRI定量评价舌下腺增龄性改变的应用价值。方法将300例正常受试者分为未成年组(≤18岁,60例)、青年组(19-44岁,84例)、中年组(45-64岁,114例)和老年组(≥65岁,42例),MRI定量测量600侧正常舌下腺体积,计算T1WI、T2WI、增强T1WI相对信号强度(RSI)和MR扩散加权成像(DW-MRI)的表观弥散系数(ADC)值。结果舌下腺体积随年龄增加呈下降趋势,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。各年龄组T1WI、T2WI、增强T1WI RSI及DW-MRI ADC值比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。舌下腺体积、T2WI RSI与年龄呈明显相关性(r=-0.252、r=0.278,P<0.01)。结论 MRI定量评价正常舌下腺增龄性改变,可为涎腺老龄化研究和涎腺疾病的鉴别诊断提供参考。
Objective To investigate the value of quantitative MRI in evaluating the age-related changes of the sublingual glands. Methods Three hundred normal subjects were divided into four groups: the young group (≤18 years old, 60 cases), the young group (19-44 years old, 84 cases), the middle aged group (45-64 years old, 114 cases) and the elderly group ≥65 years old, 42 cases). The normal sublingual gland volume of 600 sides was measured by MRI, and the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) of T1WI, T2WI, enhanced T1WI relative signal intensity (RSI) and MR diffusion weighted imaging (DW-MRI) value. Results The sublingual gland volume decreased with increasing age, but there was no significant difference (P> 0.05). The ADC values of T1WI, T2WI, enhanced T1WI RSI and DW-MRI in all age groups showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). The sublingual gland volume and T2WI RSI were significantly correlated with age (r = -0.252, r = 0.278, P <0.01). Conclusion MRI quantitative evaluation of the normal aging of the sublingual gland changes may provide a reference for the salivary gland aging and the differential diagnosis of salivary gland disease.
