树脂粘结砂作为单件生产铸件的造型材料,通常使用系列粘结剂。在大批量铸件生产的湿砂型和压铸系统中,每个型芯都使用了树脂砂;气体硬化方法的砂用于铝合金低压铸造的型芯。
Resin bonded sand castings as a single production modeling materials, usually using a series of adhesives. Resin sand is used for each core in wet-sand and die-casting systems for high-volume castings; gas-hardening sand is used for cores for low-pressure casting of aluminum alloys.
