我院应用福建师大物理系激光研究室研制的小功率氦氖激光针治疗仪,对发作期哮喘病人进行治疗观察。现将1978年6～12月治疗的30例结果,小结于下: 病例选择:哮喘发作期或近期(1个月内)反复发作,且伴有鼻炎前驱症状者。临床资料:本组男12例,女18例。年龄最小2(1/2)岁,最大37岁。病程最短1年,最长22年。并发过敏性鼻炎28例,轻度肺气肿4例,明显肺气肿1例,胸廓畸形8例,侏儒1例。治疗前频发24例,偶发6例;轻度发作11例,中度18例,重度1例;双肺可听及哮鸣音者27例。治疗方法:1、照射部位、时间:鼻前庭(双)、定喘(双)、肺俞(双),每穴照射4～5′。2、照射次数:每天1次,7天一疗程;间隔1～2周后,可进行下一疗程。
Our hospital application Fujian Normal University Department of Physics laser research laboratory developed low-power helium-neon laser needle therapy instrument, the treatment of asthma attack patients. Now 1978 June to December 30 treatment results, summarized in the following: Case Selection: asthma attack or recent (within 1 month) recurrent episodes, and accompanied by prodromal symptoms of rhinitis. Clinical data: The group of 12 males and 18 females. The youngest 2 (1/2) years old, maximum 37 years old. The shortest duration of 1 year, up to 22 years. 28 cases of allergic rhinitis, mild emphysema in 4 cases, 1 case of emphysema, 8 cases of thoracic deformity, 1 case of dwarfism. Before treatment, 24 cases were frequent, 6 cases were sporadic; mild attack in 11 cases, moderate in 18 cases, severe in 1 case; double lung audible and wheezing in 27 cases. Treatment: 1, irradiation site, time: nasal vestibule (double), Dingchuan (double), Feishu (double), each hole irradiation 4 ~ 5 ’. 2, the number of exposure: 1 day, 7 days a course of treatment; interval of 1 to 2 weeks after the next course of treatment.
