为降低梅山选矿厂新安装的磨浮产线五系列的故障率,提高产线作业率,简述了3.6m×6.0 m球磨机的磨矿流程和原理,重点分析了3.6 m×6.0 m球磨机在梅山矿业生产过程中给料系统、排料系统中出现的问题,并提出了相应的解决办法。实施改造后,满足了设备生产要求,对同类设备的应用改造具有一定的借鉴意义。
In order to reduce the failure rate of newly installed grinding line in Meishan Concentrator and increase the operation rate of the production line, the grinding process and principle of the 3.6m × 6.0m ball mill are briefly described. The influence of the 3.6m × 6.0m ball mill on Meishan mining process in the feeding system, nesting system problems and put forward the corresponding solutions. After the implementation of transformation, to meet the equipment production requirements, the transformation of similar equipment has some reference significance.
