小学数学课程标准把“运算能力”作为数学的十大核心素养,提出运算能力是学习数学的基础,其在数学学习中的重要性决定了培养学生的运算能力是小学数学教学的重要任务。然而,农村小学生的数学运算能力现状令人担忧。因此,从分析农村小学生的运算能力现状入手,提出了“遵循学生的感知规律,在教学中有意训练学生感知的有意性和目的性;培养学生养成良好的计算习惯;讲清算理,为学生计算的正确性保驾护航;加强针对性的练习和对比练习,有效地排除知识间的干扰;注重前后知识系统化的整理,将学生的新旧知识梳理成线;建立错题集,对学生的错题进行分析”六项培养策略。
