对芳烃抽提装置所使用的抽提溶剂环丁砜贫液内的胶质进行了定性分析。参考国家标准GB/T8019-87的要求,仿照汽油实际胶质的定量分析方法,分离提取出某厂芳烃抽提装置循环7个月的环丁砜贫液内的胶质。利用XPS、GC-MS、FTIR Spectrometer、UV等分析手段对已提取出的胶质进行定性表征。分析结果表明了环丁砜贫液内的胶质主要是含有C、N、O、S、H等元素的化合物聚合而成。环丁砜贫液内胶质具有多环和不对称等结构,使胶质的极性较强,更易发生聚合反应,聚集结垢堵塞管路。
A qualitative analysis of the gums in sulfolane lean solution, an extraction solvent used in the aromatics extraction unit, was performed. Reference to the national standard GB / T8019-87 requirements, following the actual quantitative analysis of gasoline gum, separation and extraction plant aromatics extraction unit loop 7 months sulfolane lean solution glial. The extracted gums were characterized by means of XPS, GC-MS, FTIR Spectrometer and UV. The analysis results show that the resin in sulfolane lean solution is mainly composed of the compounds containing C, N, O, S, H and other elements. Sulfolane poor liquid glial polycyclic and asymmetric structure, so that the polarity of the gel is stronger, more prone to polymerization, aggregation and scaling to plug the pipeline.
