拉敏·益西楚臣,祖籍西藏拉孜,1912年出生于后藏贵族拉敏家,8岁进私塾读书,17岁时只身一人进入拉萨色拉寺学经,1934年奉九世班禅之命赴南京,先后担任班禅侍读、“孜仲列赞”(执事僧官)、班禅行辕藏文秘书、班禅堪布会议厅秘书长,是藏族著名的爱国上层人士。西藏和平解放后,历任西藏自治区筹备委员会副秘书长、全国政协常委、政协西藏自治区委员会副主席等职。
La Min Yixi Chu Chen, ancestral home Tibet Latzi, was born in 1912 after the possession of noble Raimi, 8-year-old private school, at the age of 17 alone into the Lhasa Sera Monastery by learning in 1934, the order of the Panchen Lama Went to Nanjing and served successively as Panchen Shrine, Secretary of the Banzhanzhan (Deacon Officer), Banzhang Xingyuan Tibetan Secretary and General Assembly of Kansai Conference Hall, and is a famous patriotic upper class in Tibet. After the peaceful liberation of Tibet, he successively served as deputy secretary-general of the preparatory committee for the Tibet Autonomous Region, member of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC and vice chairman of the Tibet Autonomous Region Committee of the CPPCC.
