Comrade Mao Tse-tung said: “The wars in history are divided into two categories, one is justice and the other is injustice. All progressive wars are just and all the wars hindering progress are unjust. We Communists Oppose All unjust wars that impede progress, but do not oppose a just and just war for progress. For the latter wars, we communists have not only opposed but also actively participated in ”[1]. However, the principles and standards of the justice of war are widely divided. The evolution of the form of war and changes in social conditions make the nature of war more complicated. Picking aside the mist of layers that have shrouded the nature of war, it is necessary to study the question of the justness of the war with the times with the vision of dialectical materialism and historical materialism.
