一 過去學校紀律教育中存在的問題 五三年開學以來,我校在紀律方面是存在着不少問題的。很多學生不能遵守學生守則,缺課、曠課现象相當嚴重,從一月到四月學生請假達一千餘小時,曠課達一百餘小時。學生中發生偷竊行為大的有三起,多的超過二百萬元,小的有十餘起。同學之間口角毆打,時有發現。有流氓習氣的學生竟常在外調戲婦女或打架,社會影響很壞。有些班學生上課情緒不高,秩序散漫,如音樂課有背着教師坐在背後不唱歌而怪叫;有的在上課時藉口上厕所而跑出去玩。產生以上紀律紊亂的情况主要是由於學生本身學習目的不明確。如有的說:「唸不唸沒關係,學校不要,我可以回家吃飯。」有的說:「不唸書更好,我可以上鐵路當工人,每月掙錢也不少。」更有的想去學習武術,將來好依靠練武來維持生活。
