济宁车站食堂,担负着400多职工的就餐任务。1968年前使用的是立式灶,耗煤量平均是斤粮斤煤。1969年经过修改,建成“双板双眼回风灶”,斤粮耗煤达5钱以下(最低曾达2.7钱),比改灶前降低煤耗10倍多,12年来为国家节省煤炭250多吨。最初我们只在烧火上下功夫,少添煤,勤添煤,尽量把煤烧透,但这些办法虽耗煤量有所下降,但效果还不理想。在分析了各种节煤灶的优、缺点后,建成“双板双眼回风灶”。在改造中,经过反复试验、修改,我们对“双板双眼回风灶”总结出下列几点,供参考。一、使煤充分燃烧,炉灶结构合理 1.防止煤漏掉,采用了专用炉篦,缩小了炉
