目的研究角膜接触镜配戴时间及摘除时机对准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术治疗近视预后的影响。方法患者按常规LASEK操作及术后处理。A组25例50眼,于术后第3天摘除角膜接触镜。B组15例30眼,于术后第5~7天眼部刺激症状基本消失后摘除角膜接触镜。比较两组角膜接触镜黏附细胞及裸眼视力情况。结果A组镜片可见较多炎症细胞,并可见小片岛状角膜上皮细胞黏附于镜片的不同位置;B组镜片黏附细胞较少,各个镜片仅见数个、散在、孤立的上皮细胞,未见炎症细胞黏附。A、B两组术后1、3个月裸眼视力的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论角膜接触镜摘除时间对中、低度近视的术后疗效无明显差别,但是刺激症状消退后再摘除角膜接触镜,可避免角膜上皮瓣的微小创伤,最大限度地减轻术后愈合反应。
Objective To study the effect of contact lens wear time and excision timing on the prognosis of myopia by molecular laser sub-keratomileusis. Methods Patients underwent routine LASEK operation and postoperative treatment. A group of 25 cases 50 eyes, the first 3 days after removal of contact lenses. Group B 15 cases 30 eyes, 5 to 7 days after the eye irritation symptoms disappeared after corneal contact lens removal. Compare the two groups of contact lens adhesion cells and visual acuity. Results A group of lenses showed more inflammatory cells, and small island epithelial cells adhered to different positions of the lens. Group B had fewer adherent cells, only a few scattered epithelial cells in each lens, no inflammatory cells Adhesion. There was no significant difference in visual acuity between groups A and B at 1 and 3 months postoperatively (P> 0.05). Conclusion There is no significant difference between the two groups in the time of removal of myopia and myopia. However, the removal of contact lens after the exacerbation of the stimulus symptoms can avoid the minor trauma to the corneal epithelial flap and minimize the postoperative healing.
