应用24小时动态心电图评价冠心病心率变异性

采用24小时动态心电图检测冠心病心绞痛32例、急性心肌梗塞12例、健康对照组60例的心率变异性(HRV)时域指标。冠心病心绞痛组、急性心肌梗塞组与健康组对照比较,HRV 降低,且有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);急性心肌梗塞组与冠心病组比较,亦有显著性差异(P<0.05)。提示 HRV 时域指标是作为无创伤性检测心脏自主神经功能的手段之一,为区分高危患者提供了依据。 24-hour Holter monitoring of heart rate angiography in 32 cases, 12 cases of acute myocardial infarction, healthy control group 60 cases of heart rate variability (HRV) time-domain index. Compared with control group, the HRV of coronary heart disease angina group and acute myocardial infarction group were significantly decreased (P <0.01). There was also significant difference between acute myocardial infarction group and coronary heart disease group (P <0.05) . It is suggested that the HRV time-domain index is one of the means of non-invasive detection of cardiac autonomic nerve function and provides a basis for distinguishing high-risk patients.
