目的观察五味子不同炮制品对小鼠的补益作用。方法以碳粒廓清实验方法考察五味子不同炮制品水煎液对免疫低下小鼠廓清指数K、吞噬指数α、脾脏指数及胸腺指数的影响。以小鼠转棒耐力、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量作为考察指标,观察五味子不同炮制品对肾阴虚模型小鼠的影响。结果实验研究表明,五味子不同炮制品均可提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,且可提高免疫器官的重量同时提高小鼠转棒耐力,SOD活力增强,MDA含量降低。结论五味子不同炮制品均有明显的提高免疫能力,增强补益的作用。
Objective To observe the effects of different processed products of Schisandra chinensis on mice. Methods The effects of different decoctions of decoction of Schisandra chinensis on the clearance index (K), phagocytic index (α), spleen index and thymus index in immunocompromised mice were investigated by carbon particle clearance test. The effects of different processed products of Schisandra sphenanthera on mice with deficiency of kidney-yin model were observed using the endurance of rotation of rods, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in mice. Results The experimental studies show that different processed products of Schisandra can improve phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages in mice, and can increase the weight of immune organs and improve the endurance of rods, SOD activity increased, MDA content decreased. Conclusion Schisandra different processed products have significantly improved immune capacity and enhance the role of tonic.
