为提高冷饮食品卫生质量,加强食品卫生监督,保证广大人民群众的身体健康,我们于1997年6~7月份对郯城县三个冷饮食品加工厂的冷饮食品进行了采样检查,共采样品52份,现将检查监测情况报告如下。1 调查对象与方法1.1 调查对象 选择县城较大的三个冷饮加工厂,为本次调查监测对象。1.2 方法 样品采集及检验方法均按中华人民共和国国家标准《食品卫生检验方法微生物学部分》之规定进行。
