在RP-HPLC上分离离子型化合物一般可采用离子对或离子抑制技术。本文选择了离子抑制技术,用改变水中pH值的方法来分离一,二,三元芳香酸混合物。由于样品的复杂性,过去那种根据经验靠试错法选择最优化条件已十分困难,而“分离度图”法和“窗图”法则可以根据描述样品保留行为和移动相组成间的数学模型通过计算机或手工计算来系统的选择最佳分离条件,从而达到快速、方便地选择最优化条件的目的。
Ion-pair or ion-suppression techniques are commonly used for the separation of ionic compounds on RP-HPLC. In this paper, ion suppression technology was selected, with the change of pH value of the water to separate one, two, three aromatic mixture. Due to the complexity of the sample, it has been very difficult to select the optimal conditions based on empirical trial-and-errors, whereas the “resolution map” method and the “window map” rule can be based on the mathematical model describing the relationship between the sample retention behavior and the mobile phase composition Through the computer or manual calculation system to choose the best separation conditions, so as to achieve quick and easy choice of optimal conditions.
