在对我国2000年以来图书馆员继续教育研究成果进行梳理的基础上,分析我国图书馆员继续教育研究的主要内容,即图书馆员继续教育模式、图书馆员继续教育内容、图书馆员继续教育实践研究、国外经验借鉴研究、图书馆员继续教育调查研究等。指出我国图书馆员继续教育研究存在的问题是:实践研究成果少,馆员继续教育网络平台研究不足,馆员继续教育评估机制研究缺乏,研究成果质量不高。 On the basis of combing the research results of continuing education of librarians in our country from 2000 to 2000, the author analyzes the main contents of the continuing education research of librarians in our country, namely, continuing education mode of librarians, continuing education of librarians, librarians continue Educational practice research, foreign experience and reference, librarians continuing education investigation and research.
