神经营养素-4(NT-4)能够促进多种神经元的存活,在神经系统发育、分化和损伤修复过程中具有重要作用。NT-4是NGF家族成员之一,它的受体和BDNF相同为TrkB。NT-4的神经营养作用为运动神经元疾病的临床治疗带来了新的希望。
Neurotrophin-4 (NT-4) can promote the survival of many neurons and plays an important role in the development, differentiation and repair of nervous system. NT-4 is a member of the NGF family whose receptor is identical to BDNF for TrkB. The neurotrophic effect of NT-4 brings new hope to the clinical treatment of motor neuron diseases.
