一设计介绍为满足当前农业大跃进的需要及配合发展地方工业,特编制此设计,同时为便于各地选用方便起见,作如下几点介绍:1、设计原则:设计是以安徽省地方工业现况及规划,和所了解到的农业需要情况为主要依据。按安徽省工业规划,省拟集中搞动力机厂、电机厂、氮肥设备厂和机床厂等;在五个专区各搞1个综合性农具机厂,可制造大宗机耕农具(双轮双铧犁、马拉收割机)及动力机械,并可修理15～80马力
