本文报告了一起由自制豆豉引起的B型肉毒梭菌毒素中毒.食用未加热豆豉者全部发病,而食用加热者则均未发病.豆豉引起肉毒中毒在我省比较少见.经流行病学调查分析及实验诊断证实为B型肉毒毒素,并提出了预防措施.
This article reports a botulinum toxin type B botulism caused by the self-made bean curd.Every time the edible unheated bean curd were all eaten, while the edible heaters didn¡¯t have any disease.Pearten 豉 caused botulism poisoning is rare in our province.According to epidemiology Investigation and analysis confirmed that the experimental diagnosis of botulinum toxin type B, and put forward preventive measures.
