大批生产非标准六方螺钉用分度头常规铣削时,不但效率低劳动强度大,稍不留心还会摇错分度头手柄造成质量问题。如果在分度头上稍加改进,利用分度头所带附件,以锥度挂轮轴及配换齿轮来改变分度头的传动关系,可将原来每次分度铣六方时手柄摇过62/3转,简化为只需摇一整转。此法操作方便,容易掌握。如果以此类推,还可用来加工其它各种等分,但由于分度头配换齿轮数量所限,比率大于1:12的就不太合适了。
