目的:对临床药师在医院药品不良反应监测工作中所发挥的作用进行研究。方法:选择长寿区云集镇卫生院实际工作中,药师对临床药品不良反应实施监测的经验进行总结。结果:药师在医院不良反应监测过程中,应该通过健全药品不良反应监测机制、宣传药品不良反应相关知识、收集药学情报资料、药物咨询等方式进行。结论:在医院开展药物不良反应监测工作显得尤为重要,药师是该项工作的第一责任人,在实际工作中应该充分发挥药师的作用,以保证临床用药安全有效。 Objective: To study the role of clinical pharmacists in the monitoring of adverse drug reactions in hospitals. Methods: In the actual work of Yunji Town Hospital in Changshou District, the pharmacist summarized the experience of monitoring the adverse reactions of clinical drugs. Results: During the adverse reaction monitoring in hospital, the pharmacist should carry out the measures such as perfecting the monitoring mechanism of adverse drug reaction, propagating the knowledge of adverse drug reactions, collecting the information of pharmacy information and consulting with drugs. Conclusion: It is very important to carry out the monitoring of adverse drug reactions in the hospital. The pharmacist is the first responsible person in this work. In practice, the pharmacist should give full play to the role of the pharmacist in order to ensure the safe and effective clinical medication.
