一 企业活力及其评价 企业是一个输入资金、技术、设备信息和劳动,输出产品或劳务的有机体,是具有自我改造和自我发展的耗散结构。企业活力是企业这个有机体所特有的综合能力,它包括企业的资金增殖能力、技术发展能力、外部适应能力等多种能力。企业活力产生于企业内部,但又受外部环境的制约,因此,企业活力从质上说,就是企业对内部发展和外部环境适应的敏感反应和行为方式;从量上说,则是企业自身在一定机制上所表现出来的行为能力或生命力。
