2010年2月至2013年12月,笔者采用电针平刺迎香穴治疗儿童变应性鼻炎78例,现报道如下。1临床资料78例患儿均来自河北省人民医院针灸科及耳鼻喉科门诊。其中男41例,女37例;年龄8~13岁,平均10.9岁;病程1~3年,平均25.3个月。临床症状以喷嚏、鼻痒、鼻分泌亢进、鼻黏膜肿胀为主要特点,经皮肤点刺试验或血清特异性IgE检测可确诊为变应性鼻炎[1]。 From February 2010 to December 2013, the author used electroacupuncture Ping Ying Ying acupoint treatment of children with allergic rhinitis in 78 cases, are reported below. 1 Clinical data 78 cases of children were from the People’s Hospital of Hebei Province, acupuncture and otolaryngology clinic. There were 41 males and 37 females, aged from 8 to 13 years, with an average of 10.9 years. The course of disease ranged from 1 to 3 years, with an average of 25.3 months. Clinical symptoms of sneezing, nasal itching, hypersecretion of the nose, swelling of the nasal mucosa as the main feature of the skin prick test or serum-specific IgE can be diagnosed as allergic rhinitis [1].
