固体超强酸SO42-/Fe2O3为催化剂,餐饮废油脂与甲醇为原料,通过酯交换反应合成生物柴油。以醇油比、反应温度,催化剂用量和反应时间作为影响酯化率的因素,根据Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计原理,采用四因素三水平响应面分析法,依据回归分析确定各工艺条件的主要影响因素。结果表明:生物柴油合成优化工艺条件为:醇油比8.8、反应温度58℃,催化剂用量3.5%、反应时间100min、各因素的主效应关系为:醇油比>催化剂用量>反应温度>反应时间。最佳酯化率的预测值为94.8%,验证值为93.2%。
Solid superacid SO42- / Fe2O3 catalyst, food waste oil and methanol as raw materials, synthesis of biodiesel through transesterification. According to the design principle of Box-Behnken central composite test, four factors and three levels of response surface analysis were used to determine the main factors of the process conditions based on the alcohol-oil ratio, the reaction temperature, the amount of catalyst and the reaction time. Influencing factors. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the synthesis of biodiesel were as follows: the ratio of alcohol to oil was 8.8, the reaction temperature was 58 ℃, the amount of catalyst was 3.5% and the reaction time was 100min. The main effects of each factor were as follows: ratio of alcohol to oil> amount of catalyst> reaction temperature> reaction time . The best predicted esterification rate of 94.8%, the verification value of 93.2%.
