班级不仅是学生接受教育知识的主要场所,也是让学生社会化和自我教育的场所。初中班级管理水平的高低直接影响到学生能否健康全面的发展,也影响到学校教育和教师教学任务是否能够按时完成,同时还会影响到学生人生观、价值观和世界观的正确形成,以及学生良好学习习惯和生活习惯的养成等。因此,初中班级管理对学生有着巨大的影响作用,所以只有将班级管理做好、做细,才能够达到有效的教学成果,从而达到最终的教育目的。通过对班级管理工作中存在的问题进行简要分析,并结合自身经验对初中班级管理提出几点有效建议。
