10月份,本地蔬菜产量和生猪出栏量小幅增加,鸡蛋产量同比减少。批发市场蔬菜上市量处于历史同期较高水平,其他主要农产品供应稳定。蔬菜价格走低,价格降幅超出预警指标,猪肉价格低位平稳运行,牛羊肉价格偏高。从市场情况看:价格方面,10月份是北方露地秋茬蔬菜和大棚蔬菜上市的高峰期,市场供应充足,蔬菜价格下降,环比和同比降幅分别为13.5%和1.5%。鸡蛋价格季节性回落,环比降幅为10.7%。猪肉价格保持低位,环比降低1.4%,同比降幅16.8%。牛羊肉价格持续高位运行。淡水鱼价格持续走低,环比下降5.8%。上市量方面,蔬菜供应充足,上市量环比减少2.6%,同比增加4.8%。猪肉、鸡蛋上市量环比减少,牛羊肉上市量基本稳定,相比历史同期偏高,淡水鱼上市量平稳。后市趋势分析:随着北方提前入冬,蔬菜价格将进入上行通道,11月和12月份蔬菜价格可能均高于2011年水平;双节过后猪肉价格小幅回落,预计未来两月猪肉价格稳中趋涨;受降雪降温以及季节性需求增加的影响,未来两月鸡蛋价格可能会有小幅上涨行情。
