ZH-1901A氢压机是天宇油脂公司脂肪酸车间重点转机设备,为脂肪胺、脂肪酸车间加氢工段提供高纯度氢气。结合压缩机填料函的结构形式和特点,分析了填料函密封泄漏故障的原因,提出对策及改进措施。
ZH-1901A Hydrogen Press is a key transit equipment for fatty acid workshop of Tianyu Oil Company. It provides high-purity hydrogen for fatty amine and fatty acid plant hydrogenation section. Combined with the structure and characteristics of the stuffing box of the compressor, the reasons for the leakage of stuffing box seal were analyzed, the countermeasures and the improvement measures were put forward.
