高速公路养护工程预算定额经统计分析、技术测定等综合应用而形成。为有效提高预算定额的编制质量,对养护预算定额的幅度差系数予以确定。本文通过对预算定额人工幅度差系数影响因素分析,结合高速公路养护工程的特点,研究了基于模糊算法的高速公路养护预算定额人工幅度差系数分析计算方法,建立了计算模型,并以高速公路路面工程为例进行实证分析。
