每年岁末年初都是企业欠薪的高发期。为做到未雨绸缪,杭州市下城区人大常委会近期赴区人力资源和社会保障局调研,要求区政府及相关部门切实维护劳动者合法权益,降低由此引发的劳资突发事件对社会的影响。下城区政府高度重视人大建议,采取分类指导、分级监管、多方联动等三项举措,加大劳动监察力度,防范处置企业欠薪,力争实现维权零障碍、服务零投诉、案件零积压。其中,对建筑装饰单位及曾经发生5人以上欠薪投诉的单位,将实施A级预警监管,要求企业规范上报员工花名册、工资表、考勤表等
