基于水利工程、车辆等机械行业对铁粉高效焊条的急需,同时为改善目前国产同类焊条熔敷效率低、焊接工艺性能差的现状,尽量提高焊条的熔敷效率,以获得优良的焊接工艺性能,我们通过试验测定不同粘度、松装比的铁粉及不同渣系、合金成分的药皮对焊条熔敷系数及工艺性能的影响规律,研制出了熔敷效率、力学性能及工艺性能与瑞典OK48.40焊条水平相当的优质E5018焊条。目前已大量应用于水利、车辆等行业。
