目的对老年心血管病患者拔牙问题进行分析研究。方法对254例老年心血管病患者采取一系列安全措施:服用心血管病专科药,心理诱导,心电监护。结果拔牙顺利完成246例,占96.85%。因各种原因暂停拔牙手术者8例,占3.15%。结论老年心血管病患者拔牙具有一定危险性,但严格掌握其适应证和禁忌证,配备心电监护,术前、术中采取必要的安全措施和心理护理,其拔牙可以顺利完成。
Objective To analyze the problem of tooth extraction in elderly patients with cardiovascular disease. Methods 254 cases of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease to take a series of safety measures: taking cardiovascular medicine, psychological induction, ECG monitoring. Results 246 cases completed tooth extraction, accounting for 96.85%. Tooth extraction surgery for a variety of reasons suspended in 8 cases, accounting for 3.15%. Conclusion Elderly patients with cardiovascular disease have some risk of tooth extraction, but strictly control their indications and contraindications, with ECG monitoring, preoperative and intraoperative take the necessary safety measures and psychological care, the tooth extraction can be successfully completed.
