目的:探讨骨髓细胞学检查在小儿贫血病因诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾分析215例贫血患儿骨髓细胞学检查结果及临床资料。结果:215例贫血患儿通过骨髓细胞学检查结合临床资料能够确诊病因的为171例(79.5%)。结论:骨髓细胞学检查对贫血患儿病因诊断具有重要的应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the value of bone marrow cytology in the diagnosis of pediatric anemia. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 215 cases of anemia in children with bone marrow cytology test results and clinical data. Results: A total of 171 aneurysms (79.5%) were diagnosed in 215 children with anemia by bone marrow cytology combined with clinical data. Conclusion: Bone marrow cytology has important value in the diagnosis of children with anemia.
