目的:观察柴胡解毒汤联合阿德福韦酯片治疗慢性乙型肝炎的近期疗效。方法:将70例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组40例用柴胡解毒汤联合阿德福韦酯片治疗,对照组30例单用阿德福韦酯片治疗,疗程均为12个月。观察患者临床症状、肝功能、病原学变化、血常规、肾功能等。结果:治疗结束时观察组与对照组均有较好的降ALT、TB il和改善白球蛋白比例的作用(P>0.05);在病原学方面,观察组和对照组的HBsAg的阴转率分别为20.0%、3.3%(P<0.05);HBeAg的阴转率分别为60.0%、23.3%(P<0.01);HBV-DNA定量(PCR法)阴转率分别为62.5%、33.3%(P<0.05);抗Hbe阳转率分别为47.5%、20.0%(P<0.05)。结论:提示柴胡解毒汤联合阿德福韦酯片治疗慢性乙型肝炎有协同作用,能提高免疫力,有效抑制病毒复制,改善肝功能,延缓疾病的进展,可减少病毒耐药的发生,提高疗效。
Objective: To observe the short-term curative effect of Chaihu Jiedu Decoction combined with adefovir dipivoxil on chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods: Seventy patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into observation group and control group. 40 cases in observation group were treated with Chaihu Jiedu Decoction combined with adefovir dipivoxil, and 30 cases in control group were treated with adefovir dipivoxil alone , Treatment are 12 months. The negative conversion rates of HBV DNA were 62.5% and 33.3% <0.05). The anti-HBe positive rate was 47.5% and 20.0% respectively (P <0.05). Conclusion: It is suggested that BHD combined with adefovir dipivoxil has a synergistic effect on chronic hepatitis B, which can improve immunity, effectively inhibit virus replication, improve liver function, delay the progression of the disease, reduce the incidence of virus resistance, Improve the curative effect
