①目的评价扇贝裙边对高脂血症病人血脂水平的影响,为高脂血症病人提供合理膳食。②方法选择34例(男18例,女16例,年龄59.6±5.3岁)中老年高脂血症病人为研究对象,采用自身对照方法,观察膳食中添加扇贝裙边对受试者血脂水平的影响。实验设对照期和实验期各21d.对照期内详细记录受试者每日食谱,实验期逐日重复,但每日以150g鲜扇贝裙边取代部分动物性食品。两期内均以称重记录法进行7d膳食调查。各期前后采空腹静脉血,测血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)。③结果受试者两期中主要营养素摄取量和构成比例无明显变化,添加扇贝裙边后受试者血清TG水平有所降低,TC水平无改变,HDL-C水平稍有下降,但HDL-C/TC比值未受影响。④结论扇贝裙边对高脂血症病人血脂水平并无明显不良影响,建议不必将其严格排除于高脂血症病人食谱之外。
① Objective To evaluate the influence of scallop skirt on the level of blood lipid in patients with hyperlipidemia and provide a reasonable diet for patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods 34 elderly patients (18 males and 16 females, aged 59.6 ± 5.3 years) were selected as study subjects. The self-control method was used to observe the effect of adding scallop skirts on the subjects The impact of blood lipid levels. Experimental set control period and the experimental period of 21d. During the control period, subjects’ daily recipes were recorded in detail. The experiment was repeated daily, but some animal foods were replaced daily with 150g fresh scallop skirts. Fasting venous blood and serum triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were measured before and after each phase. Results There was no significant change in the main nutrient intake and the composition of the subjects during the two phases. The serum TG level was decreased, the TC level was unchanged and the HDL-C level was slightly decreased in the subjects with scallop skirt, but HDL-C / TC ratio is not affected. ④ Conclusion scallop skirt on patients with hyperlipidemia serum lipid levels did not have a significant adverse effect, it is recommended not to be strictly excluded from the hyperlipidemia patients recipes.
