本文提出了机床上各种结构件的振动特性的电子计算机计算方法。在力学和数学分析的基础上,采用有限无法对机床床身的两种模型和C616型车床床身进行了振动特性的计算、由于所编程序具有一定的通用性,所以各类机床或其它机器的底座、床身、立柱及箱体等薄板组成的零件或薄壳类型的零件的振动特性包括固有频率(基频及前几阶低频)及其相应的振型都能计算,因而在设计阶段就能根据草图进行多方案的计算对比,作出定量分析和科学论证,从而获得优越的振动特性的设计方案。
This paper presents an electronic computer calculation method for the vibration characteristics of various structural components on a machine tool. Based on the analysis of mechanics and mathematics, the calculation of the vibration characteristics of the two models of the machine tool bed and the C616 lathe bed can not be performed in a limited way. Because the programmed program has a certain degree of versatility, various types of machine tools or other machines can be used. The vibration characteristics of components such as bases, beds, columns, and boxes, etc., or thin-shell type components, including natural frequencies (fundamental frequency and first-order low frequencies) and their corresponding mode shapes, can be calculated, and thus are at the design stage. According to the sketch, it can be compared with the calculation of multiple projects, and quantitative analysis and scientific argumentation can be made, so as to obtain a design scheme with superior vibration characteristics.
