本文介绍了60Si2Mn钢淬火加热温度与组织形态和机械性能间的关系。试验表明,这种钢适当提高加热温度,淬火后得到细板条马氏体,经480~500℃回火后,具有较好的强韧化效果,可获得满意的综合机械性能。同时论证了60Si2Mn弹簧钢在950~980℃温度下快速短时加热的合理性。
This paper describes the relationship between the quenching temperature and the microstructure and mechanical properties of 60Si2Mn steel. The experiment shows that the heating temperature of this kind of steel is raised properly, and the fine lath martensite is obtained after quenching. After tempering at 480-500 ℃, it has good strengthening and toughening effect and satisfactory comprehensive mechanical properties can be obtained. At the same time, the feasibility of 60Si2Mn spring steel for rapid short-time heating at 950-980 ℃ was demonstrated.
