恶性脊膜瘤罕见报道,我院遇到1例,报告如下。1病例资料男,26岁,因腰背部疼痛1个月,加重伴双下肢瘫痪、小便失禁4d就诊。查体:T11～L1棘突压痛(+),颈椎活动自如,胸椎活动受限,腰椎以下能活动,T12平面以上痛、触觉正常,T12平面以下感觉消失,四肢等长无畸形,不能正常行走,双上肢无感觉障碍,活动自如,肌力Ⅴ级,双下肢感觉障碍,各肌群无萎缩,肌力0级。
Rarely reported malignant meningioma, our hospital encountered 1 case, the report is as follows. 1 case information Male, 26 years old, due to low back pain 1 month, aggravated with paralysis of both lower extremities, urinary incontinence 4d treatment. Physical examination: T11 ~ L1 spinous process tenderness (+), cervical spine freely, limited thoracic activity, activities below the lumbar spine, T12 plane above the pain, normal touch, T12 below the plane disappeared, limb length and other deformities, can not walk normally , No upper extremity sensory disturbances, activities freely, muscular grade Ⅴ, both lower extremity sensory disturbances, the muscle group without atrophy, muscle strength 0.
