普通台钻只能加工与台钻工作台垂直方向的孔,而与工作台成一定角度的斜孔则不易加工。我们根据加工需要,改进了普通台钻,使之成为可回转360°的转位台钻。 改造方法为在箱体与立柱间增加一个回转装置。转位台钻结构如图所示。
Ordinary bench drill can only process the hole perpendicular to the table bench, while the slant hole at an angle with the table is not easy to process. Based on the machining needs, we improved the ordinary bench drill to make it a 360 ° indexable bench drill. The transformation method is to add a rotary device between the box body and the column.
