Berry Syndrome is a rare combination of congenitalcardiac abnormalities firstly reported in 1982.Itconsists of aortopulmonary window, anomalousorigin of the right pulmonary artery (RPA) fromascending aorta, intact ventricular septum, interruption of the aortic arch with patent ductusarteriosus(PDA).This is the 26th case reported inliterature and the first report in Hong Kong.Delayedrecognition can result in potential lethal condition. This report demonstrated the importance of promptclinical recognition, timely echocardiography andearly operation in the management of this rarecardiac anomaly.
