本文通过实例讲述了薄壁圆筒类零件加工时使用的三种夹具:开口衬套、导向套和液塑夹具的使用特点。在使用开口衬套时,由于工件装夹难度相对较大,毛坯材料浪费较大等方面的缺点。运用实际零件从力学角度和工件装夹等方面,分析引入导向套夹具的可行性;但遇到精度要求高、定位难度大的工件加工时,导向套夹具很难满足其加工精度,本文利用实例进一步改进夹具的设计,并详细介绍机床液塑夹具的制作、使用及有关注意事项。
In this paper, an example is given to illustrate the use of three kinds of jigs used in the processing of thin-walled cylindrical parts: the use of open bushing, guide sleeve and liquid plastic jig. When using the open bushing, due to the workpiece clamping difficulty is relatively large, rough material waste, etc. shortcomings. The practical part is used to analyze the feasibility of introducing the guide sleeve fixture from the aspects of mechanics and workpiece clamping. However, the guide sleeve fixture is difficult to meet the machining accuracy when the workpiece with high precision and difficult positioning is encountered.
