目的评价医疗机构消毒质量监测结果,发现问题、提出对策并及时改进,防止医院感染的发生。方法采用现场调查与采样检测方法对辖区695家不同性质医疗机构消毒效果进行监测。结果 2012年辖区各级医疗机构消毒效果监测合格率为97.33%,公立医疗机构、民营医院、社区健康服务中心和社会医疗机构合格率分别为96.56%、98.31%、98.99%和96.71%。结论 2012年宝安区医疗机构消毒效果监测总体较高,消毒隔离工作水平有待提高。
Objective To evaluate the results of disinfection quality monitoring in medical institutions, find out problems, put forward countermeasures and promptly improve to prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infections. Methods The field investigation and sampling methods were used to monitor the disinfection effects of 695 medical institutions of different nature. Results The qualified rate of disinfection monitoring in medical institutions at all levels in 2012 was 97.33%. The pass rates of public medical institutions, private hospitals, community health service centers and social medical institutions were 96.56%, 98.31%, 98.99% and 96.71% respectively. Conclusion In 2012, the monitoring results of disinfection in medical institutions in Baoan District were generally high, and the disinfection and isolation work needs to be improved.
